Creating an account

Sign up with an email address and password from the sign-in page. An account is required for wishlists, rip events, and the wallet; browsing and shop checkout work without one.

Password resets

Use the reset option on the sign-in page and we will email you a secure link to set a new password. Reset links expire after a short period — request a new one if yours has lapsed.

Deleting your account

Contact support to delete your account. Before deletion, withdraw any remaining wallet balance and redeem or sell back any cards in your rip inventory — deletion is permanent and unclaimed inventory cannot be recovered afterwards.
