Shop orders

Shop orders ship from our vault, tracked and insured. Graded slabs are packed in protective sleeves and rigid mailers; sealed product ships in boxes sized to the product. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Redeeming cards from rip events

Cards you pull in rip events stay safely in our vault until you decide what to do with them. To have a card shipped:

1. Go to your rip inventory.
2. Choose the card and request redemption.
3. Enter your shipping address. We currently ship redemptions within the United States.
4. Your request enters the fulfillment queue; the item is marked as pending until it ships.

A card that has been sold back to the vault cannot be redeemed — buyback is final.

Returns

Sealed product is returnable unopened within 14 days of delivery. Graded slabs and raw singles are returnable within 14 days if they arrive damaged or not as described. Cards pulled in rip events are not returnable — use buyback instead if you do not want to keep a pull. Contact support to start any return.
