Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of E&C Cards and Collectables — the shop, rip events, wallet, and related services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use rip events and the wallet. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Rip events and wallet

• Pack purchases are final once a card is dealt. Every deck is committed before the event starts, as described in Provably Fair.
• Buyback offers (85% of listed value) are accepted at your sole discretion and are final once accepted.
• Wallet credit is not a bank deposit and earns no interest. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and fraud review.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the service under a false identity or on someone else's behalf without authorization.
• Attempting to manipulate events, exploit bugs, or interfere with other users.
• Chargebacks on legitimately delivered goods or dealt cards; disputed abuse may result in suspension.

Inventory and pricing

Listed values are our good-faith market pricing and may change over time. We may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, undisputed wallet balances remain withdrawable subject to verification.
