Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal information E&C Cards and Collectables collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account data — email address and display name, stored with our authentication provider (Supabase).
Order and wallet data — purchases, pulls, buybacks, shipping addresses, and wallet transactions.
Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Identity verification data — collected and stored by Stripe Identity when you verify for withdrawals. See KYC / Identity Verification.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, run rip events, and operate your wallet.
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates) and — only if you opt in — marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (payments, identity verification, hosting, shipping carriers) and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can update your display name and email from your account.
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Some records (completed transactions, tax records) must be retained as required by law.
